An unusual 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom conversion of Coral Reefs' Lifeboat Station.
Built on a beachlot shrunk to 2x5

Built using Numenors AnyGameStarter
Playtested for several simdays
Furnished and Decorated with Maxis Content
All major appliances included
Fire and Burglar Alarms installed

Coral Reef Lots are built in BlueSoups Twikkii Island- Expanded which is an expanded version of sophisims Twikkii Island Edited. Due to the nature of Beach lots I would recommend using BlueSoups- http://linna.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=325601
