This is a modern home for a medium family (4 to 5).Tried very much to make it only maxis content only.

So, I present to you he second in the Kunta kross series and this is a one story furnished house with double swimming pool and an outside sitting area. It also have got a four garage packing space, (2 inside and 2 outside).

The ground floor has got the following, A snooker room, kitchen, dining , a visitor sitting, and the main sitting area



The up floor has 4 fully furnished bedrooms( a master bedroom, kids room and another two rooms with a study room and a porch overlooking the side pool


The outside garden is lovely and I promise you will not be disappointed. There are two swimming pools here one by the left side and the other at the back. The back pool has a mini bar and there is a back sitting area where your Sims can relax
