Another starter from me, this time for a couple.
As you can see in pictures, this house is all covered in dark wood. If hidden between trees, it can be descreet and peacefull love nest for young, just married, modern Sims.
Inside you'll find open space with living / dining / kitchen area, small bathroom and entresol bedroom with double bed.
Sugestion: There is no burglar alarm in the house, so it would be a good idea to spend first hard earned money on it.
