So grandma has died and left something for you in the will.... A House!...well its not quite what you thought.

What are you going to do? At least its cheap enough for you to upkeep until you finally get your career on track.

This is a great house for a sim starting out maybe add a roommate or two to really appreciate that house .

The furniture are a mixture of old and new( after all your sim needs some comfort) because I wanted it to look old and lived in. Also its a little mismatched to add to the effect.

I wanted it to look like an old vacation cabin that nobody really maintains anymore.
