Hello everyone!

After a few years of downloading other people's content, I decided to finally submit something to the pool of awesomeness that is MTS. I proudly present to you Victorian Retreat; a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom victorian-style house.
-Sheldrake

Introduction
I was looking at some tutorials over at the Exchange (don't judge me, a select few of the riff-raff have actual talent) when I found a tutorial by Sadistmoi on how to create a "Romantic Victorian" house. I decided to build it, and about halfway through the build, I thought to myself "Man, this looks rather nice...maybe I'll upload it to MTS". So that is what I'm doing.

General Info
This lot is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, carport, and pond. One bedroom is used as a study, the other as a nursery and the final as the master bedroom. There is plenty of room to relax in this house, such as the lounge on the second floor, the creativity nook by the front door, and of course, the living room. The house looks victorian on the outside, and although I did my best to carry that appearence inside, I don't think that it is truly victorian. Feel free to change it if you don't like it.

Lot Information

Lot Size: 3x3
Lot Price: $164,718

Nitty Gritty
Anything that I create now, in the future, or back in time will NOT be shared without my EXPLICIT permission. That means no reuploading, or anywhere near that filthy hole they call the Exchange (on both TS2, and TS3 sites). I don't mind you using my stuff in stories, movies, or pictures, but give credit to me and link back to wherever you got it from. Hell, give me a link to your creative material so I can see how other people use my stuff.

Additional Credits
Sadistmoi: Their amazing tutorial that was used to make this house (although I added my own touches). Check them out at the official TS2 site!

All of the creators on MTS, who put alot of hard work into their lots, and inspire me to create what I can (or try, at least :D).

The people of #social; You're great, and can guarantee a laughing fit from me at least twice a day.
