Pendleton House

Kerry and John Pendleton left their beloved homeland for the new Simlandia in 1847. They came to this strange, new world with no knowledge of the culture or the language. However, being the adventures spirits that they were, Kerry and John were excited to start their lives over. They got an apartment near the factory where John worked, and it was enough for a while. But, as the years went on, the Pendletons started to become restless and wanted a house of their own. They had just enough money to purchase a small bit of land by the lake and they started work on their very own house. The going was slow because they could not afford to hire much labor, but in the end, it got done. They lived out their days by the beautiful water, surrounded by their children and grandchildren. Once Kerry and John passed away, their family decided to sell off the house. It eventually fell into disrepair over the years until a new, budding designer bought the house and decided to fix it up. Now your sims can enjoy this little historical house and add their story to this home’s great legacy.
