Yay! I finally managed to make a real starter home. Usually they turn out way too expensive This is a lovely little started home that has 2 bedroom and one full bath. There is plenty of room for redecoration. You can install this lot with the CleanInstaller if you don't want the CC, but this lot doesn't have much.
