I present you an adorable family home with a vineyard for your nectar making sims.
All grape types are included and are all ready to be harvested. Some wine racks in the house are already filled with nectar samples left here by the previous owners. When your sim is ready to make their own nectar, they can do so in a small shed that holds a nectar maker. They can then store the nectar in the cellar below where temperatures are just right.
Your sim can also grow other fruits/vegetables in a small garden behind the shed.
