Presenting a lovely little starter cottage.
Looks may be deceiving with this little gem! It may look humble and quaint from the outside, but inside it boasts a richly decorated interior, with deep walls and rich chocolate furniture and trim.

It features a good sized lounge area, and the generous sized main bedroom has ample room for a study area or cot for any 'unexpected' arrivals.
It also has an eat-in kitchen.
Flooring is of lush carpeting, deep floorboards and terrazzo flooring in the bathroom and kitchen/dine.

All interior colours have been 'hand picked' for perfect styling.

This cottage is wonderful for Sims who like to start small and build up by extending their home on the generous allotment. Or for those who like simple living.

Tested with a sim couple and another couple with a toddler.


I'm thinking of doing a series of Funky Cottages designed and decorately differently, so I would love to hear any thoughts on this.
