The Prudence is a great family-friendly home. It is perfect for small families of around 3 sims. There is only one floor, allowing every room in the house to be easily accessable. The main living area consists of a large dining/living/family room area, and there is a nice-sized kitchen in the back of the house. There is a large master bedroom and a pleasantly-sized child's room. There is also two more bathrooms, one of which is placed by the two bedrooms, and a patio off the back.








***NOTE: The patio is does not use wooden flooring as a floor. It uses the same floor that is used on the default sidewalks, this is shown in the picture of the back of the house.***


There is room for expansion, either up or out, and there is plenty of landscaping thoughout the lot.

The Story Behind The Name:

Really, there's no connection between the two, except that when I was sitting in the family room at my house starting to build, my sister was playing Beatles Rockband in the same room, and happened to be singing "Dear Prudence." So that became the name. :D
