This house is a beautiful addition to any neighborhood. Comes furnished at 48,245 and unfurnished at 38,181. This little beauty sits on a small 20x20 lot so not only is it beautiful has room for guests, but also doesn't take up much room at all! It's a little secret!
Guests have a separate house to themselves that comes with a small kitchen, living space, and the second floor is a bedroom. I purposely lacked in some areas of decorating within the house to cut costs.
