I've seen people around asking for "No Friends Needed" hack, well this is the best I can come up with... It will remove the need for Friends in both Teen/Elder and Adult jobs for the Maxis Careers only!
Place the nofriends.package into your:
C:/Documents and Settings/<Your Name>/EA Games/The Sims 2/Downloads folder...
Post if you have any problems.

Can someone please take over this so everyone stops whining.
