Have you had one of those days? Your Sim is annoyed and is in a really bad mood, but to your horror s/he didn't go to work yesterday and there's only 1 second until the Car Pool leaves? The result? A fired Sim, and possibly Aspiration Breakdown...

Well this should remove this. Your Sim will no longer get a Phone call saying s/he missed Work, nor will your Job Preformence decrease or will you get fired after 2 days. They can still get fired from Chance Cards, or from you quitting/retiring.
Place in Downloads folder.
