Hello. This is just a little one (double) bedroom/ bathroom cottage. As you can see it may not be suitable for sims susceptible to hay fever and other conditions brought on by excessive plants and bushes.

It has a small garden patch out the back, and a pond on the front yard and too many bushes to count.
It is fully furnished with a slightly retro/ old fashion country style.

I apologize for the non-full view of the back yard, but it does capture the whole back of the house, It just wouldn't let me go back far enough. >.< But I did add a second backyard pic.
