Nice apartment for a confortable life of your sims
For a single sims or a couple.
Common areas with all the facilities. You can inventing, designing, sculpting and make fitness. Common laundry.
Outdoor with pool and barbeque zone (need Outdoor living stuff), parking for two car, gardening area.
I used barbeque from outdoor living stuff.
I hope you like it.
