Software Engineering Major

This major is based on classes from my brother's alma mater. Although he was not a software engineer, I'm planning to become one. The class names are directly from actual classes, and the description is from an actual brochure from said school about Software Engineering (SE).

SEs work behind the scenes. They create the framework for software of all types. They code for things like Microsoft Word, mobile apps, websites, games...

Heck, an SE probably programmed the V-Bulletin software MTS runs on, the internet browser you're reading this on, and the game this is for...

The Major is called Software Engineering
"The goal of a software engineer is to create software which is both reliable and developed within time and cost estimates. Software engineering graduates work in a wide variety of software application areas, including embedded real-time systems, video games, information systems, and web-based applications."
Yep, this is an actual college's description of Software Engineering...

As a computer geek the skills you'll need by graduation are:

Body 0 (We are nerds after all…)

The icon for it has no fugly pink/black/white background. It's transparent... I took the icon from the Display Options...

It's cloned from the Mathematics major but WILL NOT OVERWRITE IT!!!
