Here are five health themed recolours of the The Truth Is Somewhere poster in Simlish. I made them for my hospital, maybe someone else will find them useful.
The university EP is required.

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
