These Signs are a recolour of the "Super Signguy Retail Sign" from OPEN FOR BUSINESS. You need the expansion pack for these to show up.



I wanted some nicer looking signs as well as more choices, like a book store and cafe. I'm working on a community lot with a Bath House, hence that sign.
