Hi! 
Here's my first starter in the series.
And this is my first upload in The Sims 3 section.
LOT DETAIL:
~ 1 Bedroom
~ 1 Bathroom
~ Garden for Green Thumb sims
~ Lot Size: 10x15
~ Lot Price:
-Furnished: 13,091
-Unfurnished: 10,001
REQUIREMENT:
~Base Game
~Patch at least 1.29
Description: A mini (not so) modern house for 1 sim, with garden for green thumb sims.
Picture Spam!
To install, just double click the sims3pack file, then the launcher will do the rest.
