A minimalist / modern design is what most people are after these days (well at least I think) and this house really meets those requirements. Have you ever thought a modern home sometimes looks sterile? Well not this one! It's got the modern class with the homely feeling your sims desire.

The Compact Minimalist offers great family features such as spacious living, pool, side entertaining deck with spa, and a small yard space for the kids to play in. The property is enclosed with fencing and gates which is perfect for keeping nosy pets out (or locking your beloved ones in). There is enough space for majority of families sleeping up to 5 adults.
