Hey again, it’s Duncandoughnuts with an edition to the beach house series. The back-story on these houses is that they are all located on an island called Edward Sim Island. It Is a very resort feel town and is a magnet for tourists looking for a beautiful beach. The homes on the island mostly follow a Carolina/Colonial style with a twist of beach house on them. With it’s many hotels, rental homes, and beach clubs, Edward Sim Island is one of the most desirable vacation destinations in the Sim Universe. This particular house is a gorgeous3 bedroom, 5 bathroom colonial house on the beach. It is a perfect home away from home. This house has a fantastic vacation layout since it has two separate living areas. You adults can live up on the main floor enjoying fantastic ocean views from the master bedroom, the living area, and the kitchen. Along with the rooms are a home office and two bathrooms. The second party can live downstairs on the ground floor. The ground floor has a kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area. Also on the ground floor is a two car garage (one car without the moveobjects cheat activated) with a workbench. Of course, what is a house on this fantastic island without beach access? With multiple rear doors, balconies, and a boardwalk, the beach is easily accessible throughout the house. With all these great features, this is sure to be the perfect house for your trip.
