The Luxe on Main is a luxury apartment building for those sims who like apartment/downtown living but also have money to spare. Tenants may enjoy common areas including a pool, rooftop garden, and playground. Wide hallways with 2 elevators and a spiral staircase ensure that no one will ever block your path when you need to go somewhere. The building is very kid friendly and great for sims in all stages of life (college grads, growing families, empty nesters, etc.) Most apartments have a fireplace and the necessary alarms. Every apartment is decorated fully.

There are 7 units:
2x 1 bedroom apartments
2x 2 bedroom apartments
2x 3 bedroom apartments
1x penthouse apartment with 4 bedrooms, large living and dining space, private rooftop garden, and private helipad (if helicopter does not appear when apartment is moved into it can be placed with the move_objects cheat, and it's entirely usable by the owners of the penthouse apartment)

Weekly rent prices start at $880.
Penthouse weekly rent is $6,480.
