According to the current owner of The Time Warp, the construction of the first half of this unique store began in 1895. However, construction was halted when a mysterious rift opened in the area directly beside it, causing a new building to appear with architecture, fashions, and technology that no Sim at the time had ever seen before. The original building was eventually completed, and thinking that he could make some money off the curious store next door, the owner at the time bought the new shop as well and christened his stores "The Time Warp Boutique and Lounge."

Or maybe the owner is making things up and it's all a gimmick to make you shop there. Whatever works for you! :D

I've never built anything on a 3x1 lot before and wanted to see if I could do something interesting with one. Hopefully I have!

The "future" half of this lot CONTAINS CUSTOM CONTENT on the exterior: I used the awesome Retro Sci-Fi Walls Set by Lamammaforever. I didn't include them with the lot, but you can download them here! This is the only custom content I used in this lot.

The lot has been tested and everything appears to work.
