New Major: SOUL REAPING

"Everyone knows what happens when you die: The Grim Reaper comes, and depending on your life and how you died, leads you into the afterlife. But for the curious Sim who wants to know the science behind it, here it is! An entire class on Soul Reaping, and the study of being a Grim Reaper."

The Grim Reaper doesn't get enough credit. He delivers souls to the afterlife, he brings back the dead in various forms, he even plays games with you! But he doesn't really get a lot of love, so here's a whole major dedicated to the Grim Reaper and what he does! Like my Demonology Major, it is cloned from the Psychology major. It has its own GUID (0x0082D104) and does not overwrite any Maxis majors.

It focuses primarily on Logic, Charisma and Creativity, and I've included the maximum Skill Level it reaches:
-Logic (Goes up to Skill Level 5)
-Charisma (Goes up to Skill Level 4)
-Creativity (Goes up to Skill Level 5)
