This house is my first upload to MTS2. I hope I did everything right.... The house is on a 5x5 lot and runs at about $69K. I've actually had more fun building homes than playing the game. I made this in about 2 days. I realise that it is pretty tame compared to the other houses in this forum, but I plan on making many more. I used only stuff that came with the game. I don't think there are any recolors. I left it unfurnished, figuring that would be better for the user to do......who probably has better furniture than I do. I wanted the smaller building to be a poolhouse, but I couldn't place a pool on the foundation. Give me some feed back on this one and what I should think about doing for the next one. Thanx!!!
