Here is a Sim I made last week called Elizabeth Rye. I don't normally post up anything as I am not a skinner. Several people asked me to please put up this skin here as they found her very pretty. She reminds me of the girl next door, and the skin was made originally in University. I just combined a few elements I found from Maxis and other sites (see credits below) and she came out very lovely. I am not sure if she will work if you just have the Sims2.
Her hair is from the Jeanette Biedermann mesh, recolored "red fantasy adult" (I believe this is from Peggy's wonderful site). Her expressive eyes are from Soulsilver, and her freckles are from WDS BriAnna. Outfit (which really is not what you want her for!) is by Maxis. I believe her makeup is also Maxis.
