Hi everyone!

Today I have a maxis makeover to share with you all, The house is 130 Sim Lane, before and after pics can be seen below.

I hope you'll like my version, and hopefully you'll think it has improved .

My version of the house has four bedrooms + nursery and two and a half bathrooms. It comes fully furnished and decorated with all skill building objects, alarm and phone. Base game only, No CC needed.

The backyard has plenty of room for outdoor activities and it features pool, jacuzzi and a BBQ area.
There's also room for a driveway to the left side of the house if you have the Nightlife EP installed.


First floor features:
Kitchen with dining area.
Living room.
Two bedrooms.
One Bathroom.
A small art studio.

Second floor features:
Master bedroom with private half bathroom.
Nursery.
One bathroom.
One bedroom.
A balcony.
