This house is my first creation I've ever posted on MTS. (English is not my first language so sorry if there are some mistakes)

In this house you have a nice entrance leading to a small office / reading room and then the TV room.
Then there's a huge dining room opened on a big kitchen with a bar and a smaller dining table.
In the hall where the bedrooms are a small gym has been installed.
Toilets are separated from the bathroom. And you have a small laundry room as well.
The garage is under the house, two cars can fit in it.

This house is good for a couple with one or maximum 2 kids but then it might become too small, or you can decide to build so more rooms upstairs.

I did not put anything in the backyard on purpose since YOU decide weither there will be kids or not, and so kids toys in the garden.
