I made this house last year, and I just decided it was good enough for uploading! The house is inspired part by modernist houses from the 1930's, part by contemporary modern houses.


Outside:
The sleek outside is made up of different sized rectangulars, covered in white concrete. The windows are black, adding some contrast to the white facade. The windows are placed in order for there to be both plenty of light and privacy from the curb-facing side of the house.
The house has one back-yard patio and an overbuilt patio upstairs. Facing the street is an overbuilt carport for one car.


Inside:
The inside is minimalistic and simple. The main walls are white, with some accent walls adding some color. One might say the interior is a bit sterile or cold, but that is a matter of taste.
Main floor consists of a kitchen, dining area, living room and two bathrooms.
The second floor houses the two bedrooms, one half bath and a sofa group facing the upstairs patio.

Note this: The house does have some content from Late Night, but the house will work fine without it. There are only a few LN furnishings, nothing crucial to the design of the house.
