Country Livin' Farm House

This house is actually pretty old, but its may favorite one I've built to date so I wanted to share it.

NOTE ON PLAYABILITY: This house it very big and has a lot of detail. I don't think it would run well on computers under or barely meeting the requirements to run the Sims 3. My computer is just above requirements and runs it pretty good, but sometimes lags when zooming in on the house from map view when its rendering everything.



There are two houses and a barn. A total of 7 bedrooms, 5 in the main house and 2 in the smaller one and 4 bathrooms, two in each house.
There is also a tiny, empty basement under the barn.

Lot Size: 64x64
Price Furnished: $418,505
Price Unfurnished: $208,267

Expansions/Stuff Packs Used
- Pets and Supernatural were used heavily throughout the lot.
- Late Night, World Adventures, Ambitions, and University content was used on and off and is recommended that you have them, but not completely necessary.
- Showtime and Island Paradise were used for a few decorations. If you don't have them, it won't be noticed.

Remember, installing this lot without the expansions will just replace the content with base game default content which you can change and replace yourself. I only strongly recommend you have Supernatural and Pets if anything.
No stuffpacks were used.

I included a version of this house without any custom content or store content. The version without any custom content is literally the same, I just removed the custom content. The chicken coop and dairy cows are removed and the space is left empty for you to do whatever with.
