Classy and casual. Need I say more?
Ages: Young Adult, Adult
Gender: Male
Clothing Category: Outerwear (Second file with the + is also for Everyday and Formal)
First Coat has three recolorable areas:
Channel 1: Coat
Channel 2: Turtleneck
Channel 3: Vest
Second Coat has four recolorable areas:
Channel 1: Coat
Channel 2: Turtleneck
Channel 3: Fur Lined trim
Channel 4: Vest
I saw this serious coat in my search for nice looking outerwear for my sim men. I thought I might put a TLC spin on it
so that everything on it could be recolored. When I decided to share the changes I made, I thought some people would
prefer to keep the fur as it was so I made two versions. The first coat has the fur that came with the original mesh
and cannot be recolored. The second coat allows simmers to change the color of the fur.
There are some things about the coat I need to bring to your attention. In CAS, the coat when turned left or right appears as if it has a "tear" in it.
There are no tears in the coat as you can see from the in-game images. Also, when any texture besides solid patterns are used, it shows
a "pull" or a small distortion in the middle of the vest. It is the same distortion that simmers see when certain shirts or dresses are worn which is EA mesh related.
I hope you guys like what I've done. If so, enjoy.

Additional Credits:
I'd like to give a special thanks to JS Sims 3 for the awesome mesh. Fantastic idea to turn a ho hum EA coat into outerwear that has serious style. : JS Sims 3
My Thanks to:
Alfred Askew and Nouk for Roger's hairstyle and collin2 for converting it for The Sims 3: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=398815
Slacks are mine. Jeans are from EA's University life and Diesel SP.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.
For Package files:
1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
For Sims3Pack files:
1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

About Me
I do not have a large list of "Don'ts" but the few I do have are there because I'm asking simmers to be considerate of the effort that was made to create quality content for your game. In saying this, please do not upload my files or work (recolors are fine) to the Internet; particularly to websites, pay or otherwise, that take credit for work they did not create.
Please link any creations used for your projects back to my page for downloading.<3
Thank you for your support and for extending the courtesy to protect my work. it is very much appreciated. Regards. :^)
