Hello all,
I posted this in forums by accident, I'm new to the site.
First off, let me say that I love it here...All the work you people have done is fantastic! That said, it's time for my donation.
Here is the fabulous ParadiseExotica. It's a Resort and nightclub in the making. (I say this, as it has 4 suites...with no beds, ect. ( I don't have the University pack yet...But for those who do, this place can be rockin!)
Anyhow...Along with the 4 rooms, Exotica features muti-split level design of it's main floor, An indoor/outdoor pool splitting through, and twin sunken hot-tub rooms for those "exciting" sims! THere are custom walls, inspired by black lights, and Iguanas...And several privite decks for romantic sims...
I hope you all enjoy it...Let me know how it works after full conversion
