For your rich Sims only, this school-type building has plenty of opportunities for enrichment and entertainment. Enjoy art, music, reading, games...Bullying is strictly forbidden, and a blind eye turned to the odd midnight feast!

There's a fully-functional restaurant, and plenty of bathrooms, so your Sims can stay as long as they like with everything they need, and all without the dreadful riff-raff that frequent some establishments!
