Hello everyone. This is my first Sims 2 upload on Mod The Sims and the internet.

Unfortunately, this is a very late upload due to my lack of knowledge and practice surrounding uploads on Mod The Sims but it's finally here and available, CC-free. If anyone would like a separate upload of the home stripped of its holiday decor or unfurnished please don't hesitate to ask.

About The Build

This beautiful fully furnished home is fit for a large family, featuring five bedrooms (including one guest room) two full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. All bedrooms have been furnished but can be easily altered or gutted. There is both a family room and living room to distinguish lounging and leisure from formal hostings. Although there is a breakfast nook in the kitchen there is also a large formal dining room fit for dinner parties.

Other features include; a grand foyer and open staircase, an empty laundry/utility room off the kitchen, a study, a garage, a two-car driveway, a finished basement entertainment room accessed through the kitchen, a sunroom, and an attic space.

I'm currently working on my custom neighborhood that has been in the works for a few years now (almost finished) so I have a backlog of builds to share! If anyone is interested in these builds (residential, apartment, community, etc.) I'd be happy to share them.
