Ever wanted to live in a motel before? Well now you can as long as you can live with the outdated decor! This is a residential lot but it's set up to work with the Late Night apartment system. There are 8 bedrooms in total, 5 are blacked out/hidden for NPCs/townies to move in to, and 3 are open for your families to move in to. Will sleep 12 Sims total. Each room comes with a private bathroom, 2 double beds, a mini fridge, and a microwave. There is a stove and regular sized refrigerator in the commons area. There are many different amenities: upstairs/downstairs lobby, a gym, public pool area, computer room and a common eating area. Enjoy!
