Well here is one of my cooles Sims 4 houses of all time just for
the exterior with (MOVEOBJECTS ON) a lot is posible.

(MOVEOBJECTS ON) Used for the second and 3rd story window soo cool
and to move some stuff inside the house up and down witch is awesome.
To move objects up and down 1st move objects on then select the item
and press 9 to move up and 0 to move down thats all.

(POOLS) I included a infinity pool at the front door of this house
that i must say the pool tool is awesome in this game just sorry u
can't place windows on the foundation walls that would have been
realy AWESOME...

(1st FLOOR) Only the kitchen is pretty awesome in this house also not
overly modern that is kinda of the theme of this house modern but not
super crazy modern just simple and old school modern. There is a living
room and dinning area in one room toghether and i feel it was just
ment to be like so.

(2nd FLOOR) U will find only three rooms and one bathroom on this floor.
There is one girls room (THE PINK ONE) and one spare bedroom
(THE ONE WITH NO BATHROOM) and there is the master bedroom (THE RED ONE)
and a hallway well not an actual hallway just the stairs landing area
and then the family bathroom.

(3rd FLOOR) There is only a study up there one small room also the
second staircase landing area.

for bad selling if there is i dont use a translaitor for english
i type them my self i know english i talk english but the words for
spelling is not my friend haha I grew up with Afrikaans (eish)
Hard for other people to learn :-) ...
