This is the Long & Brown Hair Collection, this are recolors from MimeWhite’s long hair forfemale mesh, it can be found here http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=45108.
Your Sims can wear this different hairstyles depending in what you want the to do; if they are going to have an heavy activity like working out they can wear their hair all picked up; if are going to make a smaller job like cleaning they can just have one side of their hair picked up; but if they are going just to hang out they can have it in al its length.
