Here is the Have you being Crying? Dress & Make-upmade from guppy_gabriel's Formal dress with accesory mesh (http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=53709).

You can find the Eyes and Hair in the Skins / Genetics section.

Because I don’t have the best Graphics Card I added a little “sample” from the fabric I used.
