This is the daily outfit of Seifer Almasy from Final Fantasy VIII.
Recolour existing Maxis male adult clothes in BodyShop.
Not very detailed but looks similar.



Requirement:
TS2 basic. (no EP/SP required)

Apply to:
Male - adult

Where to find:
Outfit/clothes shop - Everyday - full outfit
Outfit/clothes shop - Outerwear

No gloves.
If you want black gloves, this thread might help you → MTS - ask Black Gloves

And definitely no Seifer Almasy sims. Haven't tried to create one.
My Seifer used FFVIII Seifer facial scar from Lillaarith
