Thanks to disawriter's wonderful Welcome to Night Vale content, I was inspired to create the main character and narrator of the podcast, Cecil Gershwin Palmer!

While the fandom has many interpretations of the character, this is my personal interpretation. Cecil does not yet have a canon appearance, save for being 'not fat but not skinny'. Thus, I essentially had to create mine from whole cloth; that's why there are no actual pictures of the character.

Cecil's Aspiration is Bestselling Author, and his traits are Creative, Cheerful and Hard Working (a custom trait).

A great deal of custom content was used in creating this Sim, and I can't thank the creators enough for their hard work. Links to all of the content used are below. If you want Cecil to show up like this in the game, you'll have to download all of it. Additionally, it will be necessary in your Library to check the Advanced-->Show Custom Content option to get him to show up there as well.

Cecil uses content from both Outdoor Retreat and Get to Work, as far as I know. You will need both for him to show up properly.
