So I was supposed to upload this as part of April's Green theme, but real life got in the way and I missed the deadline. I thought I would share anyway as I've had this plan in my ideas notebook for years and thought it was perfect for the theme.

A berm house or earth shelter is a house partly built into the ground or earth built up around the walls, to preserve heat and keep a steady indoor temperature. It also means you save on energy bills, so win win.

This house has the ground surrounding it on three sides, so your Sims will be super cosy in the winter.

The house consists of two floors with an open-plan living area, laundry/mud room and master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor has two more bedrooms and another bathroom.

The house is free of custom content and is fully furnished and landscaped. It may be green, but the colour theme is blue throughout.

There is also loads of space outside too, with a large patio and lawn area. There is an elevated vegetable garden so those Sims can be fully self-sufficient.
