My new House - i hope you like it as much as i do
The interior is simple, stylish and practical. The exterior is inspired by country houses.

- Kitchen with dining and Livingroom with a door to the veranda and Winter Garden with Dining inside and open Windows!

- 4 Bathroom - green/grey, rose and braun/black, Wood'n white


- 1 Sleepingroom in country-style
- 1 Guest Room - simple and friendly with TV

- 2 Nursery for 2 Children and Teenager and Twins <3




- a beautiful Garden and terrace with Pool, Playground and Trees
- 1 Office and Library


Installation Instructions:
- 1. Download: Click the File tab to see the download link. Click the link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
- 2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) to extract the .bpi .trayitem and .blueprint file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
- 3. Place in Tray Folder: Cut and paste all files into your Tray folder:

Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
Windows Vista/7/8/8.1: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray\
