The first house was build in 1402 but got destroyed by fire in 1906. Since then it looks like it does today.

Today there's a hotel located in this mansion and a restaurant with 1 Michelin star. A lot of the historic details can still be seen, like old wall paintings.

The house for our Sims is spacious, has a fantastic look on the outside so they can impress family and friends with it as soon as they've moved in. The frontyard has 2 beautiful fountains, a lot of flowers and other plants. Still there's space to give your own ideas a go.
The backyard is comfortable, with a nice pool, an area to relax and to have a nice bbq or a party. There's also a part for the children to play, from toddler to child. My Sims love the place, I bet yours will do the same.

The outside is pretty much done, the inside is up to you.
