Creator's Notes:
- I didn't give the study doors because the opening is three tiles wide (insert CC here).
- The small space above the attic ended up becoming a possible upstairs expansion because the roof was giving me the blues. For those who dislike stairs, you can easily delete them and add the tiles to the garage or master bedroom.
- I removed my entire Sims 2 documents folder, let the game generate a new clean one, then built this house. When I installed this lot for play-testing into my gaming Sims 2 folder, the OFB windows in the master bathroom turned red. I do have a ton of recolors for that window, so if you have recolors too the window may switch to red when you first load the lot. I'm not sure if that's an error on my part or with the CC, but when I loaded it in a different fresh CC free hood, the lot loaded properly.

  • Made in a clean, sim free neighborhood.
  • Copy play-tested three Sim days in a different neighborhood.
  • Original lot uploaded - no sim has ever seen it, much less lived in it. :D
