If your sim needs to have the flashiest house on the street, this home is the perfect fit! Although there are only 4 bedrooms, 3 of them come with their own walk-in closets and 2 of them have an attached bathroom. There are 2 staircases on opposite ends of the home so your sims can navigate around quickly and a basement level garage with its own half bathroom (for those long hobby-building nights). The kitchen has a food prep island as well as a built-in bar AND a walk-in pantry. There should be no shortage of storage space for your sims here! Lastly, there are 2 balconies--one of them overlooking the pool and backyard. The backyard pool comes equipped with a diving board and just enough space for lounge chairs and/or a barbecue setup!

**My style of landscaping is fairly cluttered, this makes the functionality of garden-care unlikely to impossible (sorry!!). You can delete and replace dead plants by enabling the "moveobjects on" and "boolprop snapobjectstogrid false" cheats.
