The plague skin is a skin covered with pimples, boils, carbuncles, imflammations, sores, scabs, scars and patches of dead skin. It is genetic, affects both genders, and worsens with age. I find it interesting to introduce this (and other weird skins) into my neighborhood surreptitiously by creating asymptomatic carriers in Create-a-Sim. Do this by mating a plague skin Sim with a Sim with a normal-looking custom skin in Create-a-Sim. Keep only offspring with the normal skin; they will be plague carriers. The genetics work as follows:

Mate the carrier with another Sim with a custom skin: 25% of the offspring can show the plague and 50% of asymptomatic children will be carriers.
Mate the carrier with another Sim with a Maxis skin: 50% of the children will have the plague, but you will have no asymptomatic carriers.
Mate the carrier with another Sim who is an asymptomatic plague carrier:50% of the children can show plague symptoms, 25% will be asymptomatic carriers, and 25% will be plague free.
Mate the carrier with someone with plague: 50 to 75% of the children will show plague depending upon the genetics of the plague victim.
