I love building little cottages, they have so much potential!
This little gem is built using just the Basegame AND no CC! For those that know me, its a big achievement!
Only one drawback here, I doubt this is seasons proof. As the conservatory is not enclosed roof wise, that is most definitely not, and because of the dormer windows being cfe'd Im not 100% if that part of the house is seasons proof either.
I have also used one of Plastic Boxes mini lots for this, Basegame lots were too big!

Downstairs is a kitchen and open living/dining
Upstairs is 1 bedroom and bathroom.
Space mapped out for a drive or add on a garage if you have NL.
