Beautiful luxurious cottage has everything you could want. Many amenities await your family. Many architectural features. Mirrored Pool, Garden Tub, Fitness center, Open patios, water features & so much more. Requires Spa Pack/Perfect Patio/Outdoor Retreat/Get To Work & Up All Night content. Please check out my other rooms/homes on here and on thesims.com- user name SavvyPirate. Please use MOO when placing lot. Ive noticed there's an issue with the "Das Mesh" and "Windowbox of Superiority" items placing at improper levels around the pool and bar even when using MOO. You may have to just readjust them to the proper position as seen in the screenshots. I do not know why it does this.
