Built for Building Challenge's week one prompt "Starting" . I've kept it to the bare minimum, and used the $0 cost flooring and walls to keep it cheap. It's practical, but isn't ugly enough to move out on your first paycheck.

And best of all it's Custom Content free!

The floor plan was based on this 1948 build.

Included in the zip is a .sim3pack and .package ONLY install one. The .package file goes in your My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims3/Library folder.
