First Winter Cottage - 4BR/4BA

Since we're a bit close to winter I made this winter inspired cottage, I love the way winter looks, I mean it's a hassle in real life, But you can't deny that it looks beautiful!

This is a simple 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms cottage, with a pond in the back and a gazebo. CC Free And Only Requires Base Game

Note: the lot won't look exactly like the one in the picture unless you have the First Snow Mod made by simcookie. I don't think it is required for the lot to work but I haven't tried it.

How To Install

- extract the zip file to desktop
- place the files within the folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
- the lot should appear in your library in-game
